The Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s Upstream Innovation Guide is a practical resource designed to help organizations innovate toward their circular economy goals for packaging, featuring actionable tips, decision support frameworks, and case studies.

I collaborated closely with the teams to develop a comprehensive communications strategy to effectively sharing the report’s key insights. This included media engagement, online events, and a video series with Philip & Hugo that performed exceptionally well on the Foundation’s Youtube and social media channels, far exceeding its benchmarks at the time.

Despite ambitious industry efforts, the world is off track in tackling plastic waste and pollution. While eliminating packaging where possible and improving recycling efforts are crucial, scaling reuse systems urgently is essential to achieving a future where plastic never becomes waste.

I collaborated once again with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Systemiq, and Eunomia teams to communicate the key findings of this study widely, using a comprehensive strategy that included media engagement, events, a video among other outreach efforts.
