Join a small group (max 6 people) over three 90-minute sessions, held across three consecutive days, on Zoom (usually Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
You’ll be taught a simple, powerful technique that you can use anywhere, anytime.
As you continue meditating regularly, you’ll begin to experience the deeper benefits of this practice in your everyday life.

Hi there, I’m Iulia!
I love (re)connecting people to themselves, to nature, to what truly matters.
For the past a decade, I’ve been working in communications, turning complex ideas into meaningful stories. I’ve lived and worked in the UK, the Netherlands, and Chile, and I’m now based in Romania, my home country.
I made meditation a habit in 2020, thanks to my friend Emma, and it quickly became a daily anchor, bringing clarity, calm, and a deeper connection to myself. Inspired by its profound impact, I trained as a 1 Giant Mind teacher and began offering courses in December 2024.

Comfortable and relaxed. No stiff or painful sitting required. You’ll be seated comfortably and free to move as needed. No need to twist yourself into any special postures.
No need to "watch your thoughts". Unlike some mindfulness approaches, this technique doesn’t ask you to observe or control your thoughts. You simply let them come and go.
Self-sufficient practice. Once you learn it, it’s yours. No need for an app subscription or a guide.

You can easily practise on your own, from the comfort of your home.Over the three course sessions with me, you’ll learn the technique step by step, get guidance to ensure you're practising correctly, and receive support to help you integrate it into daily life.
After this, the technique is yours to use anytime, anywhere.
This is meditation that meets you where you are: practical, empowering, and deeply effective.

The key to learning this technique isn’t just hearing about it. You need to fully experience it.
That’s why it’s important to attend all three sessions of the course. We’ll meditate together each time, and you’ll also practise on your own between sessions.
This hands-on approach helps you truly absorb the technique over the three days and understand it through your own lived experience, so you can then practice on your own confidently.

A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed
A laptop / iPad / phone with video, and a stable internet connection
Comfortable clothes and a place to sit
Pen and paper if you’d like to take notes (totally optional)
Some water or a cup of decaf tea nearby
To get the most from each session, please avoid eating and drinking caffeinated, sugary or alcoholic drinks for at least 90 minutes beforehand.
Please note that at the moment, I am only offering the course in English, via Zoom, but I'm hoping to offer it in Romanian and in person soon.
